I live in a beautiful island and I love to knit. I am also a reiki pratictioner and knitting is a kind of meditation for me...it brings me peace and good energy. I also love to dye yarns for myself and others. My favourite color is purple :)

I dye unique yarns made of natural fibers - Merino wool, Alpaca wool, Silk and Cashmere.

All my hand dyed yarns are OOAK. I can use a base recipe but, during the dyeing process, I keep adding, changing, mixing different shades/colors depending on my intuition at the time.

I only use good quality fibers. The softness of the fibers is very important to me as I am myself very sensitive to some fibers.

All my yarns are sourced from ethical suppliers, mostly based in the UK.

I use professional non-toxic acid dyes because I found it to be more durable than other types of dyes. I always exhaust all dyes I use in the dye bath until the water is crystal clear and I wash my yarns with an organic shampoo (Yes, I treat my yarns like I would treat my own delicate hair...)

I usually dye two skeins per bath. But if you need more than two skeins for a project, I can dye the number of skeins you need for your project in one dye bath.

I buy the best quality yarns and dyes and I live in a place where it is more costly to buy raw materials (fibers, dyes, etc) So to be able to sale my yarns for a fair price for the client and for my work, I don't spend money on fancy wraps etc. My main and IMPORTANT goal is to assure that your yarn is totally protected from any humidity and water and you can be sure it will arrive totally protected. So protected that you have to be very careful when you open the pack to not dammage the yarns. I suggest you alway open the pack at the bottom side :)
